SMU output measure#

The test measures voltage and/or current using a SMU.

Description#

The test measures voltage and/or current using a SMU. In order to perform a measurement the output of the SMU has to be switched on (see SMU output on).

Input parameters#

Device The SMU on which the measurement is executed

Supported devices#

The following devices are supported by this test:

  • Keithley 2600 series SMU
  • Keithley 2400 series SMU
  • Keithley 2400 Graphical Series SMU
  • Keysight B2900B series SMU
  • Rigol DP 800 power supply
  • iseg EH series power supply
