Switch light#

Switches a specific camera light or all light sources on or off.

Description#

The test is used to switch on or off the camera light of a selected stage. If the target camera light does not exist, an error occurs.

Input parameters#

The test requires to select a probe station, added in the device manager.

Parameter Description
Light Scope = OnAxis-Scope stage
Off-axis camera = Offaxis-Scope stage
All = includes all Scope stages (OnAxis, Offaxis, VCE, ChuckCam,...)
State Defines the target state: On or Off

Output parameters#

The test does not provide output parameters.

Example#

Hardware setup:

Connect a wafer prober to the computer running Measmatic over TCP/IP, GPIB or RS232.

In the device manager add the wafer prober to the current test site configuration. Change the name, the IP address in the device properties of the device. If needed, increase the communication timeout for the probe station device.
