Description

Takes a snapshot of the currently active camera image and saves it to file.

Input parameters

The test requires to select a probe station, added in the device manager.

Parameter	Description
File	Filepath including file extension. File is saved by Sentio. Therefore, the path must be accessible on the computer running Sentio. Measmatic placeholders allowed for naming the file or path.

Output parameters

The test provides the following output parameters:

Response	Probe station response string including status and error code information.

Example

Hardware setup:

Connect a supported Waferprober to the computer running Measmatic over TCP/IP, GPIB or RS232.

In the device manager add the Waferprober to the current test site configuration. Change the name, the IP address in the device properties of the device. If needed, increase the communication timeout for the probe station device.
