Actuate inker#

A test that can be used to actuate an inker device handled by a probe station.

Description#

The test is used for automatically actuate an inker device handled by a probe station. This test requires an inker connected to the selected probe station and activated. If the hardware not exists, this test will not have feature.

Requirements/Conditions:

  • Actuate Inker requires an activated inker
  • The test triggers the first inker connected
  • Inker timing needs to be setup at the inker device directly

Input parameters#

The test requires to select a probe station, added in the device manager.

Output parameters#

The test does not provide output parameters.

The following devices are supported by this test:

  • MPI SENTIO Software Suite

Example#

Hardware setup:

Connect a supported Waferprober to the computer running Measmatic over TCP/IP, GPIB or RS232.

In the device manager add the wafer prober to the current test site configuration. Change the name, the IP address in the device properties of the device. If needed, increase the communication timeout for the probe station device.

The inker needs to be connected to the selected probe station and activated.
