Measmatic is a versatile software package designed for testing and characterizing electronic components and wafer structures. Through customizable test scripts, it supports both simple and complex testing tasks, all managed via a user-friendly graphical interface.

The software includes a set of predefined tests that users can easily configure. Additionally, it offers full support for creating custom tests tailored to specific requirements. A built-in sequencer enables users to define test sequences with loops and branches for flexible, structured execution.

Measmatic can be operated via a fully customizable graphical user interface (GUI) or through remote commands. Test results can be displayed in real time, either graphically or in tabular form, and saved using configurable data converters.

The software includes a broad selection of ready-to-use device drivers that streamline the integration process. Measmatic supports numerous instruments, including LUA-enabled Keithley devices, oscilloscopes, pulse generators, and wafer probing systems.

Additionally, Measmatic can control various measurement instruments via GPIB, RS232, and TCP/IP interfaces.
